Our Services
-
Mediation is available in person for couples seeking a divorce.
In-person mediation is available for both represented clients who have already filed for divorce, and unrepresented clients who wish to file with the court themselves (without the aid of an attorney).
All in-person mediations must take place within the service area.
-
Virtual mediation is available via Zoom throughout all of Georgia. Scheduling for virtual mediation is more flexible, with availability outside of normal business hours.
Virtual mediation is available for all domestic relations and general civil cases.
-
Already divorced and need to modify your agreement or part of your agreement? (i.e. child support, custody, spousal support)
Kate Bridges Mediation can guide you through any modifications you may be considering.
-
Couples preparing to separate can choose to mediate an agreement that covers child custody, finances, and any other issues relevant to separation.
-
Mediation is also available for any disputes that would otherwise be headed to small claims court. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have a unique situation that would benefit from mediation.
